Reservations: All units are rented by the week (Saturday to Saturday). (During the off season, shorter stays may be available. Please inquire). 25% DEPOSIT REQUIRED ON ALL RESERVATIONS. (all rates plus 9% tax). All rates are in US dollars; please add 9% state tax rate to the total. Linens for all beds and bath towels provided. Sorry, no pets. All units are non-smoking. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is 2:00 pm or later. Please let us know if you will be arriving after 6 pm. Check-out time is 10:00 am. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late check outs. Cancellations: In the case of cancellation, deposits will be refunded, minus a $75 cancellation fee, if we are able to re-rent the cottage for the whole time of the cancelled reservation. No refunds for early departures.
