The condo has a separate bedroom with a queen bed; living room with a full-sized pull-out couch; all-electric kitchen with a microwave and coffee maker; 3/4 bath (standing shower); space heater; cable television; Wi-Fi access; shared outdoor grassy area with picnic tables; patio chairs; gas grill for outdoor cooking. Linens and bath towels are provided. Please provide own beach towels.

Reservations: We rent by the week. Our week goes from Saturday to Saturday (During non-peak times, shorter stays may be available for a 2-3 night minimum. Please inquire). $500 deposit required on all reservations. 9% Maine tax will be added to rate. Balance is due 30 days prior to stay. All rates are in U.S. dollars. No credit cards accepted. Linens for all beds and bath towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels. Cottage can sleep 4. One added child (under 12) = $5.00/day, plus tax; all other children, and adults=$10/person/day, plus tax. Sorry, no pets. All units are non-smoking and non-vaping. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is 3:00 pm or later. Please let us know if you will be arriving after 6 pm. Check-out time is 10:00 am. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late check outs. Cancellations: In the case of cancellation, deposits will be refunded, minus a $25 cancellation fee, if we are able to re-rent the cottage for the whole time of the cancelled reservation.
