Reservations: We rent by the week. Our week goes from Saturday to Saturday (During the off season, shorter stays may be available. Please inquire). $400 DEPOSIT REQUIRED ON ALL RESERVATIONS. (all rates plus 9% tax). All rates are in US dollars; please add 9% state tax rate to the total. Guests must bring their own linens (sheets and towels). One added child (under 12)=$5.00/day, plus tax; all other infants, children and adults=$10/person/day, plus tax. Sorry, no pets. All units are non-smoking. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is 2:00 pm or later. Please let us know if you will be arriving after 6 pm. Check-out time is 10:00 am. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late check outs. Cancellations: In the case of cancellation, deposits will be refunded, minus a $25 cancellation fee, if we are able to re-rent the cottage for the whole time of the cancelled reservation. No refunds for early departures.
