Upstairs sitting area has a full size futon. Fully equipped kitchen, four total bathrooms- two on main floor and two upstairs (1 tub, 1 tub/shower, 2 with shower). Wifi access and cable tv/Roku on all televisions. Front porch and back porch and community picnic tables available for all guests. Gas grill available.

Reservations: May, June and September 3-7 night reservations available. 50% deposit required on all reservations. 9% Maine tax will be added to rate. All rates are US dollars. Balance due 30 days prior to stay. Linens for all beds and bath towels are provided. Sorry, no pets. Sorry, no credit cards accepted. This is a no smoking unit. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 pm or later. Please let us know if you will be arriving after 6 pm. Check-out time is 10:00 am. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late check outs. Cancellations: In case of cancellation, deposits will be refunded up to 60 days before stay. There will not be a refund if there are fewer than 60 days to the date of stay.
